These words arrived while in healing mahi (work), I wondered what they might mean and was told – “Open your mouth and find out” – this mōteatea is the result. Mauri Tau – Settle into the deep pattern and peace of your own being, centering, resting and rejuvenating. Mārama Tau – the fruits of our unique identities and potentials, vitality and inspiration, can then naturally flow into and unfurl in our lives. Tū mai re te mana ahuā ake o Ngāti Rā.
